Christy is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Loblolly Properties in Nacogdoches. She has been with the brokerage since its founding in 2018, guiding clients through shifting markets with clarity and confidence. After earning her Broker’s license in 2023, she stepped into a leadership role, helping raise the bar for professionalism while continuing to serve buyers and sellers across Nacogdoches and the surrounding East Texas communities. She holds both the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations, reflecting her commitment to education and skilled advocacy.

Before real estate, Christy spent 15 years in elementary classrooms shaping young minds. That experience shows. She explains complex topics in plain language, anticipates questions before they’re asked, and believes informed clients make better decisions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2002 and remains deeply connected to the local community.

Christy’s service extends well beyond transactions. She has been an active member of the Nacogdoches Junior Forum, serves on the City of Nacogdoches Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and volunteers as an Ambassador Captain for the Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce.
