Ed Zapata serves as the 2025 Chair-Elect for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) and the Agent Success Director at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. Ed is committed to empowering real estate professionals with the tools, strategies, and mentorship needed to thrive. He specializes in agent growth, market expansion, and scalable business solutions that drive measurable success.
Ed has a strong foundation in finance, brokerage operations, and leadership, and holds a Texas real estate Broker’s license. Additionally, as a Certified Ninja Sales Manager, he implements Larry Kendall’s Ninja Selling System, a relationship-driven, client-focused approach that emphasizes mindset, skillset, and daily habits for sustainable success. This system prioritizes value, long-term relationships, and exceptional client experiences over transactional selling. By integrating consistency, connection, and service excellence, Ed help agents increase production, improve client satisfaction, and build businesses by design, not by chance.
Ed’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franklin University and an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). As a Life Member of the UTSA Alumni Association, Ed served on the UTSA Alumni Board from 2009 to 2016, supporting future business leaders.
